Dark Chocolate


It’s a chocolate lover’s paradise, like a boat ride down the river in a chocolate factory. We start by melting Callebaut dark chocolate, the finest Belgian chocolate bars, then we up the ante by combining that melted goodness with the best Belgian cocoa. We mix all that into a homemade base we make from scratch each day. Our gelato maestro Matthew Lee creates his original recipes right here in Austin using only the freshest, most natural ingredients. No additives or corn syrup. It’s this dedication to the craft that makes Tèo Gelato one of the Top Five best gelatos in the world according to the Gelato World Tour.
